At Goddess and Horse Equestrian Photography, my goal is to make your experience unforgettable — from the moment you book your session to the day you hang your artwork in your home. These Terms & Conditions outline how I work, so you know exactly what to expect and can relax, knowing everything is taken care of. By booking a photoshoot, purchasing a product, or redeeming a gift voucher, you agree to the following

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all bookings, products, and services provided by Goddess and Horse Equestrian Photography (“we,” “us,” “our”). By booking a photoshoot, purchasing a product, or redeeming a gift voucher, you agree to these Terms.

1. Booking & Session Fee
• A $250 non-refundable session fee is required to secure your booking in our calendar.
• This fee includes:
• A one-hour photoshoot
• A two-hour in-studio purchasing session to select your images and artwork
• Bookings are confirmed only once payment is received.

2. Client Preparation & Safety
• We provide guidance on clothing, styling, and horse preparation before your session.
• For safety reasons, all activities involving horses or riding are at the client’s own risk. Please notify us immediately if you feel unsafe during the session.
• The client is responsible for the care, grooming, and presentation of all animals before the shoot.
• Friends and family are welcome to attend, but no cameras or mobile phones may be used during the shoot.

3. Weather & Rescheduling
• Rescheduling due to weather is at the photographer’s discretion. We will contact you before your session to confirm conditions.
• Light showers or cloud cover can be ideal for photography; sessions may only be postponed in severe or unsafe conditions.
• If you reschedule more than twice, a new $250 session fee will be required.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
• The $250 session fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice may forfeit the opportunity to reschedule.
• In cases of emergencies, we will make every effort to rebook your session, subject to availability.

5. Viewing & Ordering Session
• Image selection takes place in our studio, where you’ll view your fully edited photographs on a large screen.
• All decision-makers should attend the viewing session, as this is your only opportunity to select your images.
• Orders are placed immediately into production after your viewing session and cannot be changed unless you request us to place the order on hold before processing.

6. Artwork & Digital Files
• With every photographic print you purchase, you will receive a complimentary matching-size digital file for personal use.
• Digital files are supplied after you have collected your order and confirmed you are happy with the results.
• All artwork is produced using the highest quality archival products and is non-returnable once approved at the studio.

7. Pricing & Payment Terms
• Photographic prints start at $180.
• Average client investment ranges from $600 to $5,000 and more.
• 50% deposit is required at the time of ordering, with the balance due on collection (within 6 weeks).
• Payment options include Afterpay

8. Production & Delivery
• Orders are typically ready within 6 weeks.
• Rush orders may be available by request.
• Artwork can be couriered to your home for a small fee of $35.
• Orders must be collected within one month of notification, as we have limited storage.

9. Gift Vouchers
• Purchased gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• Competition/prize vouchers are valid for 6 months.
• Vouchers include:
• A one-hour photoshoot (usually at sunset)
• A $200 credit towards artwork from the session
• A two-hour in-studio purchasing session
• Vouchers become invalid if you reschedule more than twice.
• Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

10. Copyright & Image Use
• All images remain the copyright of Goddess and Horse Equestrian Photography.
• Clients are granted a personal-use license for purchased images only.
• Images may not be altered, edited, or used commercially without written permission.
• We reserve the right to use images from your session for marketing, portfolio, and competition purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing before your session.

11. Liability
• We take the utmost care with your session and products but are not liable for circumstances beyond our control (e.g., illness, accident, equipment failure, postal/courier delays).
• Clients participate in sessions at their own risk. We are not liable for injury to persons or animals or damage to property during the session.
