What’s included in the voucher?

The voucher includes a full equestrian portrait photoshoot with your horse (valued at $250) plus a 12x8” fine-art mounted print (valued at $250). Total value $500.

How long does the photoshoot go for?

Most sessions run for around 1 hour, depending on your horse and the light on the day.

Where do sessions take place?

You can come to my property in the Macedon Ranges, or I can travel to you. Travel fees apply for locations outside my area.

Can more than one person be in the photos?

Yes — you’re welcome to include family members at no extra charge.

Can I upgrade my artwork?

Absolutely. Additional prints, wall art, and albums are available to purchase after your shoot, but there’s no obligation.

Do I need to book straight away?

No — the voucher is valid until 31 August 2026. Dates do fill quickly, so earlier booking is recommended.

Can I give this as a gift?

Yes — it’s designed for gifting. The voucher is beautifully presented and emailed instantly as a downloadable PDF.

Does the recipient need a horse?

Yes — Goddess & Horse specialises specifically in women and their heart horses.

• Voucher is valid until 31 August 2026.
• Voucher includes: one equestrian portrait photoshoot and one 12x8” fine-art mounted print.
• Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or used with any other promotion.
• One complimentary session per person.
• Travel fees apply for locations outside the Macedon Ranges.
• Sessions may be rescheduled due to severe weather or unsafe conditions for horse or rider.
• Artwork upgrades and additional purchases are optional and available at the viewing appointment.
• Voucher must be mentioned at the time of booking.
• Non-transferable without prior written approval.
• No-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may forfeit the voucher.
• By booking a session, the client agrees to the photographer’s standard studio policies.

Refund Policy

All gift voucher sales are final.
Due to the nature of limited session availability and the immediate delivery of the digital voucher, no refunds are offered for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or unused vouchers.

If the session needs to be rescheduled due to weather or horse safety, a new date will be arranged within the voucher’s validity period.
